After installing elevator and escalators we provide our customers with after installation service such as technical maintenance, adjustment work and agreement on the use of equipment to ensure safety operation under the contract made with owner.
Above mentioned technical service is held under the rule of “Use of Safety Rules for Lifting Equipment”, approved 53rd bylaw on Dec.11, 2008 from the Ministry of Road Transport Construction and Urban Development.
We provide following technical services:
- Vacuum cleaning and oiling and cleaning parts
- To check rack, guide rail, adjust counterweight , bolt tightening if necessary, changing the grease.
- Connect electrical wiring to control panels and electric motors
- To check and change defenders, parameters, after installation check ups.
- Install or repair elevator doors, steel frames and cables, motors, and control systems
- Locate malfunctions in brakes, motors, switches, and control systems
- Use test equipment, such as ammeters and voltmeters, to diagnose problems
